The 8-Week Challenge is the perfect way to introduce yourself to a new way of living!
During this 8-week period, I will help you to understand how to eat in a way that is both satisfying and nutritious, without leaving you feeling restricted or “on another diet!”.
I will be with you to encourage you and keep your spirits high when the going gets tough. It’s impossible to be highly motivated ALL of the time. So I will be here to push you in the right direction when you need it most.
This is only 8 weeks, but it is the first 8 weeks of the rest of your life.

My goal is to break your yo-yo dieting cycle, and teach you that there is a better way. I want to show you that you can lose weight and still enjoy your life!
